3. Advertising Application and Approval

3.3 Approval Timeline

Advertisements are typically reviewed within 2-3 business days. We will notify you of approval or required changes. Campaign launch is subject to approval and payment clearance.

4. Prohibited Advertising Content

Advertisements must not contain or promote:

4.1 Illegal Content

• Illegal products, services, or activities under Nigerian law
• Counterfeit goods or services
• Pyramid schemes or fraudulent business models
• Unauthorized use of intellectual property

4.2 Harmful or Offensive Content

• Discriminatory content based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, age, disability, or
  sexual orientation
• Hate speech, violence, or harassment
• Sexually explicit or adult content
• Profanity or offensive language

4.3 Misleading Content

• False or deceptive claims about products or services
• Unsubstantiated testimonials or endorsements
• Misleading pricing or promotional offers
• Phishing or scam attempts

4.4 Competitive Content

• Direct attacks on competitors
• Comparative claims without substantiation
• Misleading comparisons

4.5 Inappropriate Content

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

5.2 Payment Terms

• Payment is due in full before campaign launch unless credit terms are pre-approved

• Invoices are issued upon order confirmation

5.3 Taxes

Advertiser is responsible for all applicable taxes. Prices quoted may not include VAT or other taxes, which will be added as required by Nigerian law.

5.4 Refund Policy

• Payments are non-refundable except in cases of service non-delivery due to our fault
• If we cancel your campaign, we will refund the unused portion
• No refunds for campaigns that run but don’t meet advertiser expectations
• Disputes must be raised within 7 days of campaign end

6. Campaign Duration and Placement

6.1 Campaign Period

• Campaigns run for the agreed duration specified in the advertising agreement
• Start date is subject to approval and payment clearance
• End date is as specified unless renewed or terminated earlier

6.2 Ad Placement

• We will use reasonable efforts to display ads as agreed but do not guarantee specific
  placement or impressions
• Ad position may vary based on inventory, user behavior, and technical factors
• We reserve the right to adjust placement to maintain Website integrity and user
  experience

6.3 Impressions and Performance

• Banner ads are displayed based on available inventory and rotation algorithms
• We do not guarantee specific impression counts, click-through rates, or conversions
• Performance metrics are provided on a best-efforts basis

7. Creative Materials and Intellectual Property

7.1 Submission Requirements

• Advertisers must provide creative materials in specified formats and sizes
• Materials must be submitted at least 3 business days before campaign start
• Late submissions may delay campaign launch

7.2 License Grant

By submitting advertising materials, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, reproduce, and distribute the materials on our Website and promotional channels for the campaign duration.

7.3 Intellectual Property Rights

• Advertiser warrants they own or have rights to all content in their advertisements
• Advertiser is responsible for obtaining necessary permissions for trademarks, images, or other intellectual property used
